How long does orders take?
Processing times vary depending on current order volume (Usually 3-7 Business Days). High order volume processing time are 7-14 business days. Your order should be delivered within 4 days of being accepted by UPS (U.S. Only) (This does NOT include weekends or holidays).
I put the wrong address, name, or phone number. What do I do?
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number/name within 2 hours of placing order and we will try our best fix the error.
How do I cancel my order?
To assure every customer receives their order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. Double check that your order has the correct Name, Address, Phone Number, etc. No changes will be able to be made once order is placed.
What is return policy?
If your order does not exceed your expectations, you can return for a refund or exchange for all gentle used products from your order within 30 days of delivery. Upon return delivery by the discretion of ZOESQOQ team, any used looking products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Note, the shipping fee to an order is non refundable.
Upon delivery of returned order, your product(s) will be examined for usage or damage. If none or gentle use has occured, a refund will be issued to the original method payment method within 7 business days.
If you received your order and an item seems to be defective or damage, please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and photos/videos of the damaged product(s). Defective or damaged product(s) need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of delivery. Any other issues, questions, or feedback are openly welcomed. We are more than happy to resolve.
What is delivery method?
All orders are dropped off at United Postal Service. Domestic orders are delivered by UPS unless notified otherwise. It is highly suggested to select pick up at ups store when tracking number is provided to avoid any misplacement, theft, or loss of order.
International orders are processed through UPS and will be delivered by your local mail carrier. Zoe’sQOQ are not responsible for any international custom fee’s, by placing your order, you have acknowledged and agreed to our policy.

How do I inquire about wholesale?
Unfortunately at this time, ZOESQOQ does not offer wholesale(without ZOESQOQ branded) of their products at this
