To assure every customer receives their order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel orders. Double check that your order has the correct Name, Address, Phone Number, etc. No changes will be able to be made once order has shipped.

Processing times vary depending on current order volume (Usually 3-7 Business Days). High order volume processing time are 7-14 business days. Your order should be delivered within 4 days of being accepted by UPS (U.S. Only) (This does NOT include weekends or holidays).

Please email us contact@zoesqoq.com with your order number/name within 2 hours of placing order and we will try our best fix the error.

All orders are dropped off at United Postal Service or United States Postal Service. Domestic orders are delivered by UPS/ or USPS unless notified otherwise. It is highly suggested to select pick up at ups store when tracking number is provided to avoid any misplacement, theft, or loss of order.

International orders are processed through UPS/USPS based on selection at checkout and will be delivered by your local mail carrier. Zoe’sQOQ are not responsible for any international custom fee’s, by placing your order, you have acknowledged and agreed to our policy.

You can track your through by the tracking number provided to you in your email when it ships. Or you can view in the Shop App. Please note that once your Zoe'sQOQ order has been accepted by United Postal Service or United States Postal Service, we are no longer responsible for your package.

NON USED products to the discretion of ZOESQOQ team will be eligible for return that is made within 14 days of date of delivery to a customer. Any used looking product will be returned and will not be eligible for a refund. Please note return label is not provided or reimbursed and outbound shipping charge is NON REFUNDABLE.
There is a $10 restocking fee that will be subjected to returned and refused delivery orders.
 
Upon delivery of returned order (can take up to 10 business days) your product(s) will be examined for usage or damage. If none has occur, a refund will be issued to the original method payment method within 7 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Once products have been shipped, I am not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, I am not responsible for any delay/non-receipt of package due to your error. Any issue with delivery must be taken up with the shipping carrier.
ZOESQOQ reserves the right to limit or decline any returns or exchanges regardless of whether a customer has a receipt or is not satisfied with their purchase. Every eligible return item is subject to a refund verification process and applicable state laws. The owner of this company has the absolute authority to make final decisions regarding all returns/exchanges.
If you received your order and an item seems to be defective or damage, please email contact@zoesqoq.com with your name, order number, and photos/videos of the damaged product(s). Defective or damaged product(s) need to be addressed within 2 days from the day of delivery. Any other issues, questions, or feedback are openly welcomed. We are more than happy to resolve.

Yes, we do.

Orders that are refused are subjected to a $10 restocking fee. Shipping charge to an order is non refundable. Once the refused order has arrived to our PO BOX location and picked up by ZOESQOQ team, a refund will be issued.

This may happen when being processed through our AVS (Address Verification System) does not match up. When the billing address inputed on website does not match the billing address the bank has, it will take has a temporary hold but will return to your account within 2 business days. Please contact your bank to verify/update billing information to avoid in the future.

International import fees are the customer’s responsibility to pay. ZOESQOQ company are not responsible to pay for outbound import fees for orders. Please note, not all international orders receives an import fee. Import fees are based on the receiving country laws and regulations.
